We are looking for an Internal Service Director (ISD) (M/F) to join our team. As ISD, you will be responsible for the overall management of company services and business development.

Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will be tasked with validating whether or not various elements pose a problem on the vehicles inspected by their colleague;

• Establish a procedure to rectify anomalies as quickly as possible with the help of the business relationships they have developed with different suppliers and mechanical workshops in the sector;

• Develop and implement business development strategies to increase company revenues;

• Manage projects and ensure their proper execution on time;

• Negotiate with customers, suppliers and business partners to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

• Experience as a mechanic/technical advisor/service manager required;

• Autonomy +++;

• Bilingual;

• Proven experience in business development and team management;

• Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving set objectives;

• Strong project management skills to ensure efficient completion of assigned tasks;

• Excellent negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with stakeholders.
