We are looking for a detail-oriented accounts receivable administrator to join our finance team and contribute to the smooth operation of our billing and collection processes.

About the Role:

As an accounts receivable administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing customer billing, ensuring timely payments, and supporting the overall cash flow of the company. You will be the go-to person for resolving account discrepancies, generating reports, and maintaining accurate financial records. This office-based position plays a key role in supporting daily administrative functions and the smooth operation of all services. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Validate and record sales invoices in the central system;

  • Prepare and process automatic withdrawals in accordance with customer agreements;

  • Monitor customer accounts and manage customer payment follow-ups;

  • Effectively communicate with customers and internal team members;

  • Maintain accurate and organized records for multiple customer accounts;

  • Stay informed of relevant legislative updates impacting business operations;

  • Support general budgeting and accounting processes;

  • Submit reports and participate in presentations or proposals for management;

  • Provide assistance to office colleagues as needed.

Job requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;

  • Knowledge of administrative management procedures and basic accounting principles;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software (ERP systems an asset);

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently;

  • High school diploma required (Post-secondary education in a relevant field an asset).
