As part of our growing team, we’re looking for a Capture Representative (CapRep)—someone who loves being on the road, has an eye for detail, and enjoys working with dealerships to capture high-quality vehicle photos for our online auctions.

Position Overview:

If you love cars, enjoy being outdoors, and want a job that keeps you moving, this role is for you! As a Capture Representative (CapRep), you’ll be visiting dealerships in your assigned territory and snapping high-quality photos of vehicles, ensuring each listing is presented at its best. You’ll need a sharp eye to spot any issues and a friendly attitude to build solid relationships with dealers. Your work helps ensure buyers see the best possible image on our auctions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit dealerships regularly, developing and maintain strong, long-term relationships within the assigned territory.

• Capture high-quality photos with a sharp attention to detail that highlight key features.

• Inspect vehicles, identify key features and any issues with vehicles, documenting these findings in each vehicle listing.

• Manage your schedule efficiently to cover multiple dealership visits.

• Represent Wholesale Express with professionalism while keeping things fun and engaging.

Job-Related Skills and Attributes:

·         Exceptional eye for photography and attention-to-detail skills.

·         Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

·         Team player with the ability to work independently.

·         Experience in vehicle inspection, preferred.

Additional Duties as Assigned by Management:

The Capture Representative will be required to perform any other tasks or duties assigned by management to support company needs.
